Milhouse provided mechanical and plumbing design services to support the reworking of existing science lab spaces into new, interactive instructional areas. The new areas were designed— to— be— highly— interactive— learning spaces— featuring— cutting-edge— technological— teaching—equipment,— including— —Smart— Walls’— and— fully-integrated,— flexible— student— areas.

Milhouse provided the required changes to the mechanical and plumbing systems, including new fan-powered box systems for each space, enhanced controls systems and demand exhaust and computer room cooling for the new server room.
