With the Milhouse Chicago office about 2 blocks from Grant Park, many—walked over and saw the Cubs players arriving on the buses that wound along streets from Wrigleyville to downtown. What joy to—watch—with co-workers — as well as a reported 5 million best friends!

Coincidentally, Chicago Public Schools had the day off, allowing—some lucky—students to make a once-in-a-lifetime memory with their parents —’and even grandparents.’The team loved by generations won the World Series—for the first time—in 108 years!
